TRX workouts use your body weight to strengthen muscles.  Referred to as "suspension training", your body is seldom straight up and down.  Thus you are being forced to use your smaller stabilizer muscles, which support the joints and larger muscles.  The result is that you will feel as though you found "new muscles", as well as working your core.  We offer regular TRX classes at Pilates by Claire.

Triangle pushups

Tricep kickbacks with dumbbells

Tricep dips
